About Riverwood Construction - Pat Lynch

Pat is a building surveyor with an eye for detail. He has over 20 years’ experience in the domestic and commercial construction industry. Beginning as a site agent for a large building contractor, he managed domestic projects on the Corporation Regeneration Schemes. The highest standard and quality of finish were achieved under Pats guidance on a number of projects, from bringing life back into large city centre apartment blocks to the restoration of 5 Georgian Houses to their former glory on Blessington Street.

With the growth of the housing market in Ireland Pat went on to manage new housing schemes in Dublin 3 and 14. Some of his high end work can be boasted as the prestigious Clonfadda Woods developments on Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock.

He also has pride in naming Beaumont Woods in Dublin 9, Rathbourne in Ashtown, Dublin 15 and Adamstown just outside Lucan in his portfolio, along with Riverwood, Fernleigh and Annfield in Castleknock.

To date Pat has completed over 1000 houses on various projects and has always embraced the latest products, materials and regulations as the way to carry out all his work. He believes there is only one way to complete work and that is the correct way, carried out by highly skilled and certified insured work men who care about what they do, this is reflected in his positive attitude and long list of satisfied clients.
